sometimes, you just have to accept the ugly truth that the people who you trust the most are likely the ones who could hurt you the hardest. i guess there's an unwritten rule that by blindly putting your faith in them, you are allowing them to tear down your defenses. wake up and face reality. you don't live in a perfect world.
